Every step anyone took, ranked. Handles only: no names, no wallets, nothing that leads back to a person unless they choose a handle that does.

Nobody has walked yet today. The board fills in as phones sync.

The daily bonus

Each day, 20% of the pool goes to whoever walked furthest. The other 80% is split between everyone, by steps, as always.

Ranked on every step you took, past the 20,000 a day the pool pays on. Steps still count at walking pace and no faster.
To win, your day has to look like a person walking: at least 8 readings, real rest between walks, nothing faster than a human can move.
Steps from Strava earn your share as normal but cannot win, because they arrive as one total and cannot be checked that closely.
Not in the running is not an accusation. You still earn your share of the 80%.
